Children
Full Board OR Half Board, throughout the year: 3 years and under are free of charge when sharing adults room; 4-12 years are 50% of the Adult Double Rate when sharing adults room; Young Adults 13-17 years are 75% of the Adult Double Rate sharing; Young Adults 15 -19 years occupying a room are same as Adult rates.

Check Out & Arrival
Rooms should be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the scheduled date of departure. For New Arrivals, rooms are available from 1:00 pm (13:00hrs) on the scheduled arrival date.

Christmas & Holiday Supplement
There is no extra Christmas / New Year holiday supplements.

Inclusions
Rates are inclusive of All Government Taxes, All Meals (as indicated below), Butler Service, Laundry Services, Guided Walking or Picnic Safaris, Afternoon Tea, Room Service, Golf Cart Shuttle Service around the Lodge Area as requested, Viewing of Safari Informational Videos, Relaxing use of the Swimming Pool & Hammocks, Viewing Equipment for the surroundings and even the distant stars, Darts, board games such as Checkers, Backgammon, Maasai Bao game.

Exclusions
Rates are exclusive of transfers, beverages, gratuities and tobacco products.

Travel Insurance
As with any travel plans, we strongly encourage all persons to use full travel insurance - including insurance covering cancellations of any reservations/bookings. We, A. L. O. C. (T) Ltd. and E Unoto Retreat, reserve the right of not being held responsible for any delays or rejections that would cause anyone their right to use our lodge on their scheduled reservation dates after payment has been received.

About the Location

From Arusha, drive through town, past the coffee plantations and Arusha Airport. Keep driving along this road for approximately 45 minutes until you come to the Tarangire/Lake Manyara junction.
